3. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must:

 

• Provide accurate, truthful information

• Present valid, unexpired government ID

• Refrain from using EverTrue.net for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Review documents prior to notarization

 

Failure to comply may result in service termination.

 

 

4. Appointments and Cancellations

 

Cancellations require 12-hour advance notice. Missed sessions will be billed a $25 rescheduling fee..

 

 

5. Fees and Payment

 

All fees are disclosed before booking and paid through secure PCI-compliant processors. Taxes or third-party transaction fees may apply.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

12 Stonez LLC and EverTrue.net are not responsible for:

 

• Client errors or falsified information

• Document content outside notarial scope

• Service interruptions due to third-party systems

 

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All logos, content, and software are property of 12 Stonez LLC.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

 

 

8. Termination of Services

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of law or misuse of services.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A.
